I am passionate about leadership and adventure; always asking God to guide my path. I am motivated by the lives of those whom have crossed my path over the years. I bring a diverse background that has included experience as a police officer, an author, an educator, healthcare administrator and, most especially and proudly, PowerMentor. (2014), PowerMentor: The Art of Mentoring (2008) and Please God, Don’t Let My Badge Tarnish (2006), I hold a Doctorate of Education in Leadership, a Masters in Public Administration, and Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Organizational Behavior. I have developed exceptional skills in mentoring Generation Y leaders and staff. I practice both transformational and situational leadership. I am known for developing high performing teams, and exceptional results driven leaders.
