Outdoor adventures are a great catalyst in developing leadership and team skills. Stretching an individuals capacity through high stress and team dependent situations allows for individuals to true understand the impact others have on them, and the impact they have on the team. Participants leave with a newfound respect for interdependence and a new respect for their capacity.
